At St. Patrick's, we have several opportunities to learn more about and grow in your faith as a Catholic Christian. We have RCIA for those who are new to the Catholic Faith or are interested in becoming Catholic. We also have several faith sharing groups as well as an annual bible study.

Each year on Holy Saturday during the Easter Vigil,  thousands are baptized into the Catholic Church in the United States. Parishes welcome these new Catholics through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)

RCIA is the process by which non-Catholics enter the Catholic Faith. To become a Catholic, one must understand the teachings of the Church, believe in those teachings, and be a baptized Catholic. If someone was baptized but is not Catholic, they will also study the teachings of the Catholic Faith in RCIA. RCIA classes typically begin at parishes each year in autumn and conclude before Easter.

Men's Faith Sharing

The Men’s Bible study meets every Friday in the Fr. Hitch room at St. Patrick Church. We meet from 6:30 to 7:25 am, giving you time to attend daily Mass if you so choose and have time. We read this coming Sunday's reading, then discuss what it means to us. It really makes the Sunday reading much more meaningful. We also read the Sunday's Bible reflection from Dr. Scott Hahn, a former militant anti -Catholic who has become one of our Church's greatest advocates. If you can, please attend. We read from the Missal, so you don't need to bring anything (except maybe coffee, water, an occasional doughnut).

For more information, please contact Jim Hottovy - contact parish office.

Women's Faith Sharing

Friday Faith Sharing is a group of women who meet every Friday after morning Mass to discuss the Readings for the upcoming Sunday. We use a book entitled Living Liturgy. Occasionally we read and discuss other spiritual books. We combine discussion, prayer, hospitality, sharing and fun each Friday throughout the year.
