The Blessed Mother of Teresa of Calcutta Rosemary Makers Guild is unique when it comes to guilds. We are, as described, rosary makers who make wire, chain and bead rosaries for St. Patrick's Parishioners. Our members are men, women and children who enjoy working with their hands to construct rosaries. Another special aspect of our meeting time is that we pray the rosary as we work to begin constructing a rosary. After working and praying for an hour, we take the rosaries we have begun home to complete it that month. We meet once a month during the school year months in the church REC room in the basement. We prayerfully make these rosaries for new members moving into the Parish, for babies being baptized, for men and women coming into the Catholic Faith through RCIA, and for other special needs identified by the Parish. We provide the instruction and supplies needed to make each rosary. We welcome anyone interested in rosary making at any time during the year.

The St. Gerard Mother's Guild would like to invite all Mom's to join in a group built to grow women in Grace, Faith, and Friendship. We will meet the 3rd Thursday of each month. Our meetings start with meditation or Adoration time in the Sanctuary at 6:30pm and continue in the Fr. Hitch room with discussion topics to help our families grow closer to God. We are an outreach for St. Patrick's pre-school and religious education programs, children of all ages, and Mother's in all stages of life.

The St. Brigid’s Guild meets monthly at St. Patrick’s or at Silver Ridge Assisted Living. We enjoy prayer and fellowship, presentations by featured speakers, planning sessions for future parish projects, and refreshments. We have served St. Patrick’s Parish as Mass Greeters, assisted at the New Parishioner Breakfasts, hosted the annual Graduating Seniors’ Breakfast and the Women’s Lenten Day of Reflection. Every spring we make May baskets for residents of Silver Ridge and The Gretna Community Living Center. We welcome new members at any time throughout the year.

St. Rose of Lima Guild

Please Contact: Joan Ingram, contact parish office

St. Rose of Lima is the patron saint of florists and gardeners. As such, our guild’s mission is: to Praise God, to decorate the inside of the church with flowers as liturgically appropriate, and to socialize. While Easter and Christmas are our biggest projects each year, we have year -long ongoing responsibilities. We welcome parishioners of all skill levels —no experience is required! If you are interested in learning more or would like to attend a meeting to see what we are all about, please contact our chairperson or any member of the St. Rose Guild.

St. Monica Guild

Please Contact: Susan Hollendieck, contact parish office

The St. Monica's Guild assists with a variety of projects at St. Patrick’s. We are in charge of the "Purificators,” which are the linens used during communion. We are also in charge of the St. Patrick's Irish Bash, and we help with the annual Stewardship Fair. During the Christmas holiday we have served needy families by organizing donations. Also, each year during Valentine’s Day we give a special gift to a deserving Servant of the Lord. Throughout the year we assist St. Patrick’s Parish in organizing other social and charitable events, as the need arises.
