Perpetual Adoration is worship and prayer without the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. It is not necessary for someone to be present at every hour. You can view our Adoration board in the Narthex that shows days and times parishioners have slotted to spend time in church. You can either sit and pray in the Adoration chapel located on the left side of the Altar or sit anywhere in the church. The church is often locked by 4:30 pm, if your hour is after that time, please use the west door by the tabernacle and contact the parish office for the keypad code. Lighting, fan and a heater are available. Please turn off the lights and fan before you leave. The heater is monitored with a thermostat.
Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament
The Eucharist is exposed in the sacred vessel of the monstrance upon the Altar of St. Patrick's for Adoration. A 24 hour period beginning the second Tuesday of each month into the following Wednesday morning. It will begin following 7:30 am Mass on Tuesday until Wednesday 7:30 am Mass, concluding with Benediction. Someone must always be present during Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. More than one person or couple can participate at the same time. So we invite anyone to come to adore Our Lord in the Eucharist for any amount of time.
