WHAT IS TOA?
Taste of the Arts (TOA) is St. Patrick Preschool’s largest fundraiser of the year. We will be hosting dinner, drinks, a live auction and fun entertainment!
WHO CAN ATTEND?
Any adult 18 years or old. Feel free to invite family and friends!
WHAT’S FOR DINNER?
Buffalo and BBQ Wings, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Nacho Bar, Potato Skins, Meat and Cheese Tray, Veggie Tray
WHAT WILL BE SERVED TO DRINK?
Water, wine, seltzers, and beer. Two drink tickets will be included in the ticket price. Otherwise it will be a cash bar.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
$35 a seat or $250 for a table of 8. Tables get preferential seating.
ARE SEATS PRE-ASSIGNED?
Yes. If you do not have an entire table of friends and family, we will seat you with a family from your child’s class. It’s always great to get to know other young families here in the Preschool.
HOW CAN I HELP?
We are looking for volunteers to help with planning, decorating, and fundraising. This is an excellent way to get to know the Preschool staff and other parents in our school! We will take ALL help no matter how big or little of a commitment you can offer.
CAN I OR MY COMPANY DONATE ANYTHING?
We are looking for experiences, golf rounds, themed gift baskets, music lessons, sports tickets, gift certificates, autographed memorabilia, etc. Donations may be tax deductible. We are also in need of gift cards of $20 or more to the resturant or shopping center of your choice for our gift card runs.
